Parc national du Mont-Saint-Bruno is just a few kilometres from the Montréal metropolitan area. Five lakes, an orchard, a historic mill and dozens of kilometres of trails make this park a true island of nature in an urban environment. Hundreds of species of flowers, trees and plants fill the area. Every breath you take brings a new perfume and every breeze carries this blend of very special scents only found in the forest. Some 200 bird species and about 40 mammal species share the territory. Encounters you can expect, summer and winter alike.

Snowshoeing
Come enjoy the park on L'Hermine, a magnificent 3.7-km snowshoeing trail. This trail is accessible with a sled.
Try also the new 1.8 km long La Chouette trail, which is located between the Discovery and Visitors Centre and the Old Mill. The trail is intermediate level.
Snowshoes for children and adults are available for rent (location in the trailers). Due to high demand, we strongly recommend reservations by phone at 1-800-665-6527 or directly on site (subject to availability). Last rental at 2:45 p.m.
In the Evening: On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from January 7 to March 6, 2026 (variable depending on snow conditions), the park will be open to snowshoers until 9 p.m. Depending on snow conditions, please check our snow conditions before your visit. The warming hut and the waxing room will also be open.
