Six weekly sessions of conscious dance starting Thursday 11th September at 7 O'clock.
The series will take us laughing and playing, through vibrant world music, into the art of ease.
It's for people who maybe have never heard of Biodanza. For people who feel good moving; for people who feel there's more joy to be had somewhere in this world.
There are no steps or sequences, nothing to learn, but endless possibilities to rediscover.
Each session will build on the previous, and each is carefully crafted for feeling good.

Almost universally we find life hardens our bodies against the travails we have faced.
Pachamamma - Mother Earth, with tribal rhythms, and soft impeccable support, guides us on the first steps to releasing rings of tension. From there we can re-experience at a cellular level in a way that restores and repatterns.
