About the event

MOVE MORE MOVE BETTER - seated and standing chair yoga and somatics

Starting next Sunday at 10.30am, FREE seated and standing yoga and somatics classes at Studio 4 Dance, White River Place, St Austell.

Suitable for students 55 years and above, especially those who want to develop balance, improve flexbility and movement confidence.

We had great fun earlier this year so I am really thrilled to be teaching and sharing these sessions again thanks to Active Cornwall and Live Longer Better Cornwall.
