Winter Solstice Yoga Class: Awakening of the Inner Light

Join us on the dock for a serene winter solstice yoga class, where we’ll flow through gentle poses, inviting strength and grounding as the sun sets. As we transition into a soothing sound bath, allow the healing vibrations of different instruments wash over you, releasing tension. Inviting deep relaxation.

After our meditative journey, we’ll gather to write down what we wish to release—and ceremoniously throw them into the fire. As the flames dance, visualize your intentions rising with the smoke, creating space for new beginnings and the warmth of the returning light.
