As we enter December, we arrive at the sacred threshold of reflection — a time to pause, breathe, and honor the alchemy of our evolution.

This month’s Soul Connection Sunday invites you into a deeply nourishing soundbath and guided meditation to reflect on all you’ve shifted, grown through, and embodied more love and light over the past eleven months.Through intentional breath, sound frequencies, and guided reflection, you’ll be guided to witness how far you’ve come — the layers you’ve shed, the truths you’ve embodied, and the light you now hold with more ease and grace.

This is a time to honor your inner alchemist, to see the beauty in the journey — even the messy, tender parts — and to reclaim every experience as sacred medicine that has shaped you into who you are becoming.

Event Highlights:

• Soundbath Healing: Allow the harmonious tones of 432hz quartz crystal singing bowls and other instruments to wash over you, clearing away stress and tension. The soundbath will help you enter a state of deep relaxation, promoting healing and balance within your body and mind.

• Guided Meditation and gentle breath: The meditation will guide you through the sacred unraveling, encouraging you to release what no longer serves your highest good and embrace your true, authentic self. As you journey inward, you'll discover the beauty of holding space for yourself and others.

• Intentional and Conscious Space Creation: Learn how to actively create and maintain sacred space, both within and around you. This practice fosters an environment of safety, acceptance, empowerment, and embodied transformation, allowing new perspectives and energies to flourish.

• Co-Creating Sacred Space: Together, as a community, we will co-create a sacred space by sharing our intentions and energies. Through collective mindfulness and shared purpose, we weave a tapestry of unity and support, amplifying the transformative power of our gathering.

• Collective Heart Expansion: Experience the power of community as we come together to explore the cosmic expansion of the collective heart. Feel the opening of heaven's gates within your soul, as we rise together in love and light.
