A calming, replenishing, evening class to realign your energy centres, calm the mind, and restore balance. This unique class inspired by Dru Yoga's flowing sequences weaves together gentle movement, breath work, subtle energy practices, and deep relaxation to help you release tension - designed as a monthly reset to reconnect with yourself.
We also start & end with some light journalling - supporting us to clear our minds.
A 90 minute class.
The only thing you need to bring with you is an optional journal/notepad and pen ❤️
Everything else is provided.
