Come and hear about IMPORTANT council changes - Tues 16 Sept 7.30pm at Dagnall St Baptist Church - organised by St Albans Civic Society

Did you know government changes mean we are losing St Albans District Council? There will be a new larger council replacing Herts County Council and it will take on St Albans' council duties. This means we will have NO local voice....UNLESS we set up a new St Albans Parish Council.

St Albans Civic Society (+Sopwell Residents Association + more city centre residents associations) are supporting the establishment of a Parish (City) Council for the unparished area in the centre of St Albans.
