Mindful Art

This session is included as part of our monthly membership plans or class bundles. You can also pay as you go.

Weekly mindful art sessions for adults.

Each session starts with a short guided meditation to quieten the mind and support wellbeing.

Instructions are then given for the art session. You do not have to be good at art to attend and nobody needs to see your artwork if you do not wish.

You will be supported to express emotions through creativity.
Each week will introduce a new theme to support wellbeing through mindful art.

At the end of each session, you will be invited to share your artwork with others and talk through the feelings and process you went through with creating your art. There is no pressure to share.

You then get to take your artwork home.

Benefits include stress reduction, increased creativity, improved social connections, improved understanding of emotions, self care practices.

A lovely self care class to promote understanding and processing of emotions.
