Jen Smith is an Executive coach and mentor with a special interest in inclusion, accessibility and neurodiversity. Having run her own business for 15 years, she works with organisations of all sizes helping them find ways to enable them to bring their best to work.
As a disabled and neurodiverse woman, her style is described as human, contextual, curious, compassionate, hopeful, pragmatic and inspirational – and is known for making people think in ways they never thought possible.
She works with Small Business Britain on a number of projects - including being on the board of The Lilac Centre, contributing to The Maple Review and has mentored over 175 small businesses.
She’s also a serial volunteer - currently running the St Albans Netwalks, Trustee of London Titans Wheelchair Basketball Club, Inclusion Advisor for GirlGuiding Hertfordshire and Inclusion Lead for St Albans Scouts
