Come join us for a fully interactive one day workshop exploring the ceremony and practice of Core Shamanism. Places are limited to just 12.
In this one day workshop you will experience:
Journey work
Fire ceremony
Drum and basic shamanic healing practises
Connection with your power animals and guides
No previous experience is necessary as you are expertly guided by facilitator Helen Chapman, a Shamanic Practitioner with 10 years of experience, to journey safely between the worlds to gain insight and wisdom that can help illuminate your daily life.
This workshop is held on land near Mount Hawke, Truro and is held in a marquee. So please be aware that there will be uneven ground and a walk from the carpark at the bottom of the lane.
What to bring:
Drum and rattle if you have one ( I do have some spares to lend out)
Blankets for journey work ( you may prefer to remain seated, your choice)
A journal and a pen to record your experiences
A plate of food to share at lunchtime.
