Interval-training is a series of different exercises, each targeting various muscle groups and fitness components such as strength, cardio, and core stability.
It uses both bodyweight movements � and weighted exercises �, so you’ll get a balanced full-body workout.
Each exercise will last 30–60 seconds �You’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, making it suitable for all fitness levels—whether you’re just starting out or more experienced.
There will also be short rest periods between exercises to help you recover before moving on.
The whole session will run for 45 minutes, including a warm-up to get your body ready and a cool-down to help with recovery afterward.
