✨ Group Hypnotherapy – Self-Love ✨
This group hypnotherapy session focuses on self-love and self-compassion through guided relaxation and focused attention. Hypnosis is a natural state of awareness in which you remain conscious and in control, allowing gentle work with thought patterns and emotional responses.
The session is designed to support:
• Reduced self-criticism
• Improved emotional regulation
• Greater self-acceptance
• A healthier inner dialogue
✨ Practiced in a group setting, while each participant works at their own pace and with their own intention.
📝 Simple reflective exercises (“homework”) will be offered to practice outside the session and support personal integration.
🌱 Open to beginners as well as individuals with prior experience in hypnosis.
🧠 Hypnosis is not sleep, mind control, or unconsciousness.
