• Learn about the role of herbalism during perimenopause with Natalia from Holistic Health with Natalia and bring home your own tea blend to enjoy
• Connect with like-minded women in a supportive and uplifting space
• Enjoy up to two glasses of Prosecco (non-alcoholic option available), included with your ticket

• Nibble on a thoughtfully curated selection of nutritious snacks
