FOOTSTEPS RETREAT AT MOUNTAIN SPRING MONASTERY

There is a wonderful opportunity to attend a special FOOTSTEPS RETREAT offered by the monastics at Mountain Spring Monastery, Bilpin from 5.00 pm Friday 20 June to 3.00 pm Sunday 22 June 2025.

There is onsite accommodation for 24 people. As accommodation is limited, please let me know as soon as possible if you (and anyone else you know) is interested in attending. More information will follow soon, including the formal registration process, but it would be good to get an idea of numbers as soon as possible for planning.

Typically, a retreat involves:

• Dharma talks by Br Phap Hai and other monastics
• Silent and guided sitting meditation
• Walking mediation on the beautiful rural property and surrounding forests
• Dharma sharing
• Deep relaxation sessions
• Other special sessions or ceremonies
• A Be-In where there is an opportunity to share creative activities or works like music, poetry, readings, stories, etc
• Delicious Vietnamese vegetarian meals
• Time for socialising, reading or quiet personal reflection
