Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing ~ 3rd Tuesdays
Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a Non-Movement practice offering Deep Relaxation and Rejuvenation for the Body & Mind.
This guided meditation promotes deep physical rest while keeping the mind alert (Body Asleep, Mind Awake), allowing you to access natural healing, greater self-awareness and foster positive life changes.
3rd Tuesdays = guided Yoga Nidra, completing the class with sound healing, which may include Gongs, Crystal & Tibetan Singing Bowls, Vocal Toning & more.
BENEFITS of this deep rest practice:
