Deep Rest: Yoga Hammock, Sound Bath and Reiki

Take time just for you in this exclusive 2-hour experience, limited to only 6 guests, designed to release stress, ease tension, and bring both body and mind back into balance with stretches using the yoga trapeze and sound healing with Reiki.

Your experience will be in two parts, led by Karen Austin & Helen Hadfield.

✨ With Karen, we’ll begin with gentle stretching and mindful breathwork using the Yoga Trapeze®️. These supportive stretching movements help you open up the body, calm the nervous system, and let go of built-up stress. This session is suitable for all levels, offering a chance to reconnect with your breath and move with ease.

✨ With Helen, you’ll settle into the comfort of the yoga hammock and let the hammock cradle you as Helen guides you through a deeply restorative soundbath journey, enhanced with the gentle flow of Reiki energy. The soothing vibrations and sounds will quiet the mind, encourage deep rest, and support natural healing.

💫 With only six VIP spaces available, this intimate event ensures a calm, nurturing, and truly personal experience where you’ll feel cared for from beginning to end.

This event will be held at the lovely Infinity Dance Studio, Jackson Street, Springhead, Oldham.
