Winter Sowing Workshop & Seed Exchange

Please join us on Saturday, November 1st at 2 PM for a WINTER SOWING WORKSHOP & SEED SWAP at the Historic Sydenstricker Schoolhouse, 8511 Hooes Road in Springfield.

Winter sowing is an easy, budget-friendly way to start perennials, annuals, vegetables and herbs during the coldest months of the year. Plant lovers and members of the Fairfax Plant/Seed Swap, Stephanie Gorham and Heidy Ramanada will discuss winter sowing, demonstrate techniques and answer questions. Everyone is invited to bring seeds to swap.
