We welcome the sweetness of Winter Solstice in this sacred, co-ed ceremony with cacao. On this day, we arrive at the darkest and longest night of the year. A time for rest, reflection, and also celebration. The ceremony will include guided meditation, smudging, energy healing, light language, rituals, and more.
We will use pure, ceremonial-grade cacao. Our cacao elixir is dairy-free and refined sugar-free, but will be sweetened lightly with raw honey, agave or maple syrup.
Cacao is one of the most powerful superfoods on the planet and supports physical, mental and spiritual health. Cacao opens your heart, relaxes your body, regulates your nervous system, and fills your whole being with new energy and unconditional love. Spiritually, it can help you connect with your higher self, unlock new levels of gratitude and love, release energy blockages, and more.

These ceremonies are gender, race and religion inclusive for folks 16 years and older.
A variety of seating is available but, primarily, we'll be seated on the floor on blankets and bolsters. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, but feel free to dress up to get in the ceremonial mood.
