Join us for one last shell-shaking showdown as we celebrate a long-standing fair favorite — the Turtle Race!

⚠️ Please note: This will be the final year for the Turtle Race. In response to community concerns about the ethical treatment of animals, we’ve decided to respectfully retire the event after this year.

📅 Saturday, August 2nd at 1:00 PM
📍 Show Ring, Baca County Fair Grounds
🎟️ Prizes include: Free Ride Wristbands, Ice Cream, and more!

📝 Registration begins at 12:30 PM at the Show Ring – sign up with Jensen Leonard!
🚗 All turtles must be picked up and taken home after the race
