Join Mandy and Andrea for a women's day retreat designed to open, clear, and empower your throat chakra—the energetic center of truth, expression, and authentic communication.

Together, we will gently journey from the archetype of the silent child into the confident, expressive communicator. Through sacred ritual, voice, and stillness, we’ll create space for the voice within to rise with power and grace.

• Herbal Tea Blending Workshop with Andrea Jensen (Your blend will be infused with Reiki energy by Rev. Mandy Carter)
• Group Reiki Session to clear blocks and awaken your energetic voice
• Healing Circle infused with spoken affirmation & Sacred mantra outside under a shaded tent
• Breathwork and small movement to open the throat and calm the nervous system
• Journaling Prompts to access your truth and inner voice
• Group Chanting Experience to express your voice with freedom and joy

We’ll provide yummy throat-supportive foods and infused waters throughout the day. Bring your favorite refillable water bottle or tea tumbler—you’ll want to sip this magic all day long.

This is a sacred container for women-identifying individuals ready to reclaim their truth, release fear of being heard, and embody authentic communication. Whether you're softening into sound for the first time or ready to deepen your journey with the throat chakra, you're welcome here.

Betty rests in the heart of Springfield’s South Fountain Historic District, surrounded by five churches and a neighborhood school. Lovingly revitalized from her 1847 roots, Betty is a safe haven where community, faith, and belonging come together. Guests often say that simply stepping inside brings them calm and peace. With private parking in our backyard off Rose Alley, arriving is easy and being here feels like coming home.
