Retired Faculty and Staff visit Carrie's Cafe

Retired faculty and staff are invited to hear from Dr. Kara Wolfe, Director of the School of Hospitality Management, about Carrie’s Café, the popular student-managed restaurant of the School of Hospitality and Agricultural Leadership.

Find out what goes into the student-designed menu, food prep, and marketing for the restaurant. Following the presentation, attendees are encouraged to stay for a special menu luncheon (not included in registration).
