Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath with Gina & Gershone

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we welcome back traveling musicians and yoga instructor Gina Minyard and Gershone Hendelberg on Friday, June 20 from 7-830p for this distinctive and powerful experience of guided restorative yoga while immersed in a soothing and inspired sound bath of live mantra music. Relax into the healing flow within you, invited into sweet release and bathed in deep and evocative sacred sound. Expect to be heart-moved, deeply rejuvenated, and more connected to each other and to Life. All are welcome!

Gershone and Gina Minyard are lifelong dedicated practitioners and facilitators of mantra music and yoga. Their dynamic, transformational, and remarkably unique presentation expresses from their rich experience, profound chemistry, and ecstatic devotion, evoking communion with the power of the Heart and the One Love in each of us.
