Qi Gong & Mini Sound Bath with Marisa Frazier

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Marisa Frazier for Qi Gong, accompanied by a mini crystal singing bowl sound bath, on Sunday, September 28 from 230-4p.

Qi Gong (pronounced "chee gong") is an ancient practice centering on harnessing and cultivating life energy or “chi.” Slow movements and exercises combine with breath practices to support the flow of energy within the body, mind, and spirit. Benefits include stress reduction, enhanced immune functioning and blood circulation, emotional regulation, and depper connections inside and out.

Marisa is a Trauma-Informed Yoga and Qi Gong instructor; Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer; Holistic Health Coach; Sacred Medicine Practitioner and Integration Specialist. Her mission is to shine a light guiding people towards healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives and promote healing for people and the planet.

Dress comfortably for movement; complementary hot tea and water provided. Feel welcome to bring your own mat or use one of ours!
