Pop Up Acro Jam

Itching to do some non-instructed Acro Yoga? Come play, explore, and share some poses with new friends in the community!

Never tried acro before? Perfect! As always, all skill levels are welcome at jams, just bring a good attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to safely explore whatever draws you to acro.

✨ Note: This is a pop-up jam. The regular weekly jam is still happening Tuesday nights as usual.

Also, this is a jam so there is room for other movement/flow activities in the same space. Feel free to bring your poi, hoops, juggling equipment, and moving bodies!
