Pizza Class!
Owner and pitmaster Nick Copeland will share his best tips for turning your backyard into a fun pizza experience. Cooking on both the Big Green Egg and an Alfa Pizza Oven, you will leave with recipes and techniques for baking pizza on your own grill or smoker. Enjoy hearty samples as well as provided water and beer. Feel free to bring your own beverages as well.
