Meditation Workshop with Kim & Josh Fenton

Join Essential Yoga Studio as we host Kim & Josh Fenton for a Meditation Workshop on Saturday, August 30 from 2-330p.

Part lecture & guided discussion and part practice, this workshop will help students learn principles and techniques of meditation and how to incorporate these into a regular practice before shifting into community meditation.

Dress comfortably; seating will be in chairs on the mats and cushions on the studio floor.
