Mastering Steak Class
Hone your steak grilling skills with instruction from SCA Steak World Championship Qualifier and Pits N Grills owner Nick Copeland as we take steak to the next level. Class will include instruction of processing a prime rib roast into Ribeyes and then grilling, Clod Tender and Picanha (sirloin cap). BONUS: Bring Home a Package of Clod Tenders to Grill at Home!!
Details: Sample all of the items we prepare. Beer and water will be served or bring your own adult beverage of choice. Cost is $65. Prepayment is required. There is limited seating at this indoor event, so don't wait to reserve your spot!
