Mastering Brisket Class

If smoking brisket is already in your wheelhouse or a new adventure for you, hone your skills with instruction from Pit Master and Pits N Grills owner Nick Copeland as we take brisket to the next level on a Gateway Drum Smoker and Big Green Egg.

Class Details: Samples and appetizer will be served. Beer will be served or bring your own adult beverage of choice. Cost is $65. Prepayment is required.
