Join Mandy Carter each Monday for a guided mindful meditation practice, rooted in the belief that there is no one “right” way to manage our monkey minds and our stress— there are many tools, and each one can be specific in what it does for your day to day stress management.
Every few weeks, we explore a new practical technique — a tool to help manage the stress and overwhelm of daily life. We stay with it long enough for you to truly integrate it, giving you something that lives beyond the meditation cushion.
🧰 Our meditation toolbox includes:
Mantra (like Sa Ta Na Ma for rewiring thought patterns)
Mudra ( Hand Gestures)
Breathwork for calming the nervous system
Sound Healing
Visualization journeys to reconnect with the inner self
Gentle movement and mindful awareness of the body
Silent meditation for presence and inner peace
Journaling for reflection and clarity
Reiki-infused energy balancing for those open to it
Each session is a chance to reset and remember the light already within you — with simple, powerful tools that meet you where you are.
