Join us for a deeply nourishing evening under the light of the Harvest Full Moon — a time to gather, reflect, and receive.

We’ll begin with lunar salutations, honoring the feminine, intuitive energy of the moon through slow, grounding movement. During the practice, you'll receive gentle guided touch to help deepen relaxation and connection.
After movement, settle into stillness with sound bath designed to alchemize and balance. Class will end with a guided moon meditation, inviting you to release, recharge, and realign with your inner light.

All are welcome—no prior experience needed. Just bring your beautiful self, an open heart, and anything you need to feel cozy and supported. $25
