As part of our Fuzzy Cognitive Mapping (FCM) initiative, Abilities First is hosting targeted focus groups to better understand unmet needs in Greene County. These conversations will bring together individuals, providers, and stakeholders to share their perspectives and lived experiences.
This upcoming focus group will bring together voices from across the system of care, including:
Support Coordinators (Targeted Case Management)
DD Health Home Nurse Care Managers
First Steps Service Coordinators
Process Coordinators (transition-aged youth)
Provider Representatives (direct care staff, house managers, day program leads, etc.)
MO HealthNet Representatives
Social Security Administration Representatives
Disability Service Professionals with lived experience of a disability
