Whether you're getting ready for Springfield Black Tie, or simply want to dress up and have fun, this is your chance to feel fabulous in a safe, inclusive, and supportive space. This unique event offers free hair and makeup styling, open to anyone who wants to explore their look, experiment with gender presentation, or just enjoy some self-care. No expectations, no pressure—a joyful opportunity to be yourself.
The Transitions Closet at the Multicultural House will be stocked with formalwear and we’ll also have an accessories “bar” stocked with jewelry, ties, scarves, and other finishing touches to complete your look. Feel free to mix, match, and play around with your style! Light snacks and mocktails will be available to keep you refreshed while you mingle, explore, and transform. Whether you’re coming solo or bringing friends, we welcome you to connect with others in a space centered on respect, inclusion, and creativity.
This event is open to all, regardless of gender identity or expression. Our goal is to provide a welcoming environment where everyone can feel seen, celebrated, and beautiful—inside and out.
