Come join us on Saturday, October 18th at 11:30 AM for a free community workout hosted by CrossFit Games athletes Baylee & Tyler Christophel!
This workout is open to everyone -spectators, volunteers, judges, competitors, and local community members! We’ll be gathering right on the competition floor at the Heart of America event for an awesome workout and a chance to connect with the community.
So grab your friends, bring your energy, and come hang out with us during the first competition break- it’s going to be a fun and encouraging time together!
