The Be The Change Collaboration Conference brings together changemakers, visionaries, and re-entry warriors from across the region-and around the world-for one shared mission: to build bridges, not barriers.

This event marks the official launch of Why Not Mindset, a movement rooted in transformation, second chances, and unapologetic purpose. It also celebrates the soft launch of Mindset Matters-a gripping, raw, and inspirational book written by someone who’s lived the journey and came back to lead others through it. Copies will be available at the event for $15, personally signed by the author.

You’ll hear from local organizations doing the hard and heart-filled work of re-entry, recovery, and community transformation. We'll also feature exclusive changmakers via video from the United Kingdom, reminding us that the fight for redemption and reform knows no borders.
