Baby Basics

Learn infant care basics (bathing, diaper changes, swaddling, cord care, circumcision care), safe sleep, car seat safety, when to call the pediatrician, and calming a fussy baby.

Offered in-person. Classes are for those delivering at CoxHealth. Register online at www.coxhealth.com/events or call The Women's Center at 417-269-4664 option 2.

Plan to attend during the last trimester of your pregnancy, but call around 20-25 weeks to register for the best availability. Registration ends 3 days before class or when full.
