Autumn Equinox Sound Journey + Guided Meditation

As the seasons shift and day and night come into balance, we invite you to honor the Autumn Equinox with an evening of deep rest and renewal. Join us in a candlelit space for a Sound Journey + Guided Meditation.

We will begin with a Guided Meditation to relax the mind and body. You’ll then be immersed in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Gong, Koshi Chimes, and other sacred instruments. The symphony of sound waves will guide you into a meditative state where balance, release, and inner harmony can unfold.

This equinox celebration is an invitation to pause, reflect, and realign—embracing the transition into autumn with grounding and peace.
