WLI's Happy Hour Connect – Tour Downtown Springdale will begin at The Odd Soul on W Emma Ave at 4:00pm. Here, participants will have the opportunity to grab a drink and converse with one another before our walking tour of the Downtown Springdale area/entertainment district, led by the Downtown Springdale Alliance. Discover and learn about the diverse businesses that thrive in this rapidly evolving urban area.
