We are honored to host Jane Lello, owner of Stellakaya Winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa, for a rare and intimate evening of wine, food, and storytelling.

Jane will personally guide you through four of her acclaimed wines, sharing the history, passion, and artistry of Stellakaya with each pairing. Our chef, Sam Walker has created a thoughtful four-course menu to complement these remarkable wines.

Honey Roasted Fennel – farro, apples, pecans
Paired with Stellekaya Cygnus Rosé of Sangiovese

Course 2
Peri Peri Chicken – pancetta & white bean cassoulet
Paired with Stellakaya Sangiovese

Course 3
Beef Trinchado – agnolotti with sweet potato & goat cheese
Paired with Stellakaya Malbec

Course 4
Tipsy Tart (Cape Brandy Pudding) – date & pecan pudding soaked in brandy syrup
Paired with Rooibos Martini
