Courageous Conversations
Our work lives are full of barriers that make courageous conversations difficult. Barriers of job titles, office culture, age differences, and poor communication skills can get in our way of talking about hard things in a meaningful way. In this session, we will role play difficult (fictional) conversations and share strategies that work for overcoming the barriers to find meaningful connection.
