Join us Wednesday, Sept. 3 at 6:30 p.m. for a mouthwatering Not Strictly History night with James Beard Award winner Adrian Miller, the @soulfoodscholar! Learn how African Americans shaped barbecue culture through its history, styles, and future while sampling local barbecue. 🍖

📚 Miller’s books about cuisine include Black Smoke and Soul Food: The Surprising Story of an American Cuisine, One Plate at a Time. He is a certified barbecue judge and former White House special assistant to President Bill Clinton.
