Saturday, October 18 — PLANT POWER FOR HEALING — 10-11 am — Class Fee: $10 — Teacher: Cathy Feinauer — Location: Creative Arts Center — Join Cathy Feinauer as she teaches us about the power of plants when it comes to healing. Plants have been used for healing throughout history and across cultures, offering a wide range of therapeutic benefits. From reducing stress and anxiety to aiding in physical ailments, plants offer a natural approach to wellness. In this workshop, you will learn easy ways to incorporate plants into your daily life for improved physical, mental, and emotional health.
