The workshop begins with playful partner yoga, where you and your partner will explore a range of poses—from grounding balance poses to uplifting arm balances and supported inversions. Whether you're lifting each other in bird pose or finding stability in partner twists, you'll discover how sharing energy and support can deepen your practice and create moments of pure joy. No prior experience is needed—just bring your sense of adventure!
After the practice, we’ll transition into a cozy circle where everyone is invited to share, connect, and celebrate the power of friendship and community. Enjoy warming tea, wine, and nourishing snacks as we create an intimate space for reflection, conversation, and connection.
