Thank you for connecting and considering Truluck's - The Woodlands for your dinner to be held on Friday, October 10, 2025.
Our Woodlands location can accommodate a private party in our Stone Crab Room, which is flexible for seating. This private setting may be used as one large room to accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated dinner, 56 guests for a presentation style event or 100 guests for a cocktail reception. This room may also be divided into 2 smaller rooms (Capri & Naples Room) for up to 40 guests for dinner, 24 guests for a presentation style event, or 60 guests for a cocktail reception. The Stone Crab Room is equipped with (2) 55” TVs for presentations and a microphone.
I am able to accommodate your group in the Naples Room + Terrace !

Here are the highlights:
The food and beverage minimum is $2,500.00, prior to tax, a 4% service charge and 18% gratuity. If you do not meet the food and beverage minimum the difference is billed as an unmet minimum for the use of the private room.
We do not require a deposit at the time of booking and will settle the final bill with the host at the end of the dinner
Separate checks are not offered in private dining
Your group may order a la carte from the main dining menu if preferred as long as your group size does not exceed 12 guests
A pre-planned menu will be required for groups over 12. GROUP MENUS
If you wish to move forward and book the space, please reply to this email and I will be glad to send you a link to provide a credit card and to e-sign the agreement.
Please note that rooms are booked and confirmed on a first-come basis. Once your event is contracted, we can then finalize your menu and beverage details, and a final event order will be prepared for your approval.
