On Wednesday, November 19th at 7PM, enjoy an elevated four-course dinner expertly paired with handcrafted Stranahan’s whiskey cocktails, as Justin takes you through the story and flavor of each pour.
The Menu
• First Course
Warm arugula salad with grilled peaches, glazed pecans, dried apricots, and a balsamic sherry vinaigrette.
• Second Course
Bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with creamy goat cheese, served with a fig honey spread.
Third Course
Pork filet mignon wrapped in bacon, topped with caramelized apples and onions, finished with a savory pork gravy and served alongside a silky sweet potato purée.
Fourth Course
Rocky road brownie topped with butterscotch ice cream and drizzled with Stranahan’s whiskey–infused maple syrup.
Each course is paired with a crafted cocktail designed to complement the unique character of Stranahan’s whiskeys.
