sacred soul sundays

sacred soul sundays is a monthly gathering rooted in peace ✨, freedom, and connection. led by our very own adventure auntie, nj the liberated yogi, a certified yoga instructor 🧘🏾‍♀️, we’ll practice liberation yoga — a flow centered on freedom over one’s body and breath 🌬. this practice isn’t about comparison or perfection ❌, but about releasing, reconnecting, and moving toward liberation of the mind, body, and spirit 🌿.

set in the beauty of meyer park 🌳, this all-levels class welcomes beginners and experienced yogis alike. bring your mat 🧘🏾‍♀️, water 💧, and an open heart 💛 as we create space for grounding, healing, and joy in community 🤗.

• 9:15 am – arrival + settle in

• 9:30 am – opening circle
  intention setting ✨ + grounding meditation 🪷.
• 9:40 am – liberation yoga flow
  guided by nj, move through breath 🌬 and poses 🧘🏾‍♀️ designed for freedom 🕊 + connection 🤝.
• 10:30 am – closing meditation
  rest, release, and integrate your practice 🌿.
• 10:40 am – community time
  linger, connect 🤗, and enjoy meyer park together 🌳.

by joining an adventure aunties event (hiking, yoga, dancing, camping, and all things outdoorsy ✨), i understand and agree to the following:

personal responsibility
i know outdoor and movement activities come with some risks—like scrapes, falls, or accidents 🥾🌿. i take full responsibility for my own health, safety, and participation. i release adventure aunties, its organizers, and volunteers from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage that may happen during or because of these events.

medical acknowledgment
i confirm i’m physically able to take part—or will modify activities to suit my body 💛. if i have any concerns about my ability to participate, i’ll check with a medical professional first.

photo & media release
i give adventure aunties permission to take photos/videos of me and use them for community sharing, promotion, or social media 📸✨.

agreement
by attending, i acknowledge that i’ve read and understood this waiver and photo release, and i voluntarily agree to its terms.
