Kick off Breast Cancer Awareness Month with us at MRT Optimal Fitness! 🎀

On Wednesday, October 1st, 2025, we’re painting the gym pink — and you’re invited!

💪 Free workouts all day (open to the community!)

🎁 Everyone in pink is entered into our Pink Raffle Giveaway (think pink shaker bottles, gear, and more!)

This is about coming together, moving for a cause and spreading awareness. Whether you’re a longtime MRT member or brand new, this is your day to show up strong in pink.
