Join us for an intimate and heart-centered meditation experience exploring what it truly means to cultivate a loving relationship with your own inner self.
Gentle explore self-devotion—awakening curiosity, excitement, and tenderness toward your innermost being. Through guided meditation, reflection, and presence, you’ll be invited to reimagine meditation as a sacred “date” with yourself: a space of listening, affection, and deep connection with the Divine within. This session will include meditation, chanting, a guided meditation and a sharing session.
This practice is about remembering that the Divine is not separate from you, but alive in your breath, your heart, and your awareness.
