In just two hours, you'll master the basics like preparing sushi rice, selecting sushi-grade fish, and rolling your own sushi, including a Salmon roll, Spicy Tuna hand-roll, and a "catch of the day" roll with fresh, local ingredients. Whether you're an experienced cook or a first-timer, the class is fun and casual, with plenty of opportunities to freestyle your rolls. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and guests will work together in groups.
