Henna Sound Bath

We will begin by selecting a small henna design, followed by a brief grounding practice with deep, intentional breathing. Once centered, you’ll be guided into a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, curated frequencies, chimes, and handpan. Throughout the session, your chosen design will be gently applied to your hands, allowing the artistry and sound to unfold together in a seamless, meditative experience.
