Join us for Grizzly Rugby’s “Come & Try It” practices — the perfect way to see what rugby is all about! Learn skills, meet the team, and have fun while getting active in a positive, family-friendly environment.

Sundays | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Where: Tom Cox Intermediate School (outside fields)
🏆 Ages: 5–18 (boys & girls)
💲 Cost: FREE to try during November!
